The Gallileo Tower is one of the more recognizable office skyscrapers in Frankfurt and is located in the city’s financial district, near Gallusanlage park. The building was completed in 2003 and is 136 meters high, with a total of 38 floors.
Today, the building is owned by the Singapore-based company CapitaLand, which carried out a complete renovation of the property in 2025/2026. The new main tenant of the Gallileo Tower in Frankfurt became the European Central Bank (ECB).
The project was led by the partner company Gebäudetechnik Jofa Tech GmbH, while Voltec d.o.o. was responsible for the fast production and delivery of Siemens SIVACON S8 and Siemens ALPHA 630 switchboards.

Description:
  • Due to the arrival of the new tenant, the ECB, CapitaLand carried out a complete renovation of the building, including both the interior spaces and all technical systems
  • Replacement of equipment and complete reconstruction of high- and low-current electrical installations
  • Replacement of equipment and complete reconstruction of HVAC systems
  • Replacement of all main distribution switchboards and floor distribution boards, while the busbar trunking and cable routes remained unchanged

  • 9 main distribution switchboards, comprising a total of 125 Siemens SIVACON S8 panels
  • Rated current range from 1600 A to 5600 A
  • 33 floor-standing Siemens ALPHA 630 distribution boards
  • Complete delivery executed within 4 months
